I write everything from comic books and children’s TV to corporate video and web copy, and scripts and speeches for presentations and live events.
I’m based in West Bridgford, Nottingham, but I work everywhere.
Creating original stories and drama helps me find the structure and vocabulary to tell the stories that businesses want to share with their clients. And I think the discipline of my commercial projects makes me a better writer in my personal work.
Clients tell me I’m good at nailing the key elements of a brief, and presenting the messages they want to share as simple stories, in bright, engaging English.
It all means I spend a lot of time writing, and a lot of time thinking about writing. Hence the blog.
